About the role

We’re looking for a hands-on, technically fluent Senior Product Owner to drive our product delivery. You’ll combine product‑management discipline with business‑analysis rigor—digging into unmet customer needs, defining appropriate solutions and requirements, translating them into crystal‑clear epics and stories, and partnering daily with engineers, designers, and validation specialists to ship high-impact software. Think of yourself as the bridge between customer needs, UX, and engineering: equally at home linking data models with functional requirements or explaining release value to customer‑facing teams.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a deep understanding of customer pain points and business goals, ensuring proposed solutions align with stakeholder expectations.
  • Collect and analyze feedback from customers and internal teams to inform clear, actionable requirements.
  • Draft solution concepts, wireframes, or workflow diagrams and validate them with stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with UX and engineering to finalize designs and ensure all requirements are complete, accurate, and ready for development.
  • Translate features into well-scoped epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Lead Agile ceremonies, prioritize the backlog, and balance sprint goals with unplanned needs to deliver on time and at high quality.
  • Act as a bridge between business and engineering to ensure alignment throughout the product lifecycle. When clarification or issues arise, lead refinement and clear roadblocks to ensure smooth execution of work.
  • Validate completed work, coordinate UAT, and ensure release-readiness activities comply with quality and regulatory standards.
  • Prepare release notes, documentation, and training materials; support enablement teams to drive customer adoption.
  • Monitor adoption metrics and customer feedback, feeding insights into continuous improvement and roadmap planning.

Qualifications

  • ~5 years in SaaS product ownership, business analysis, or implementation consulting.
  • Hands-on experience configuring or integrating enterprise content-management platforms, ideally in a regulated environment.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate between business, UX, and technical audiences.
  • Experience working closely with developers to shape technical solutions—no coding required, but you are able to understand API docs, navigate data models, and ask the right questions. You approach these topics as a translator, not a builder. You are comfortable reading technical design documents and can verify all functional requirements have been accounted for.
  • Expertise writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and maintaining Jira backlogs.
  • Ability to prioritize work effectively and maintain high attention to detail. Capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
  • Proven track record of execution and successful delivery of products and individual features.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced agile environment.

If selected, what will we provide to you?

We offer an attractive Total Rewards package that includes:
