You'll also support the business testing of product changes, identifying test case scenarios, capturing end-user feedback, and ensuring changes are ready for production. Managing the product feedback funnel, assisting in its qualification and quantification, and ensuring cross-functional coordination for efficient product understanding and adoption will also be key.</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; color: rgb(40, 40, 40);">Operational Excellence & Go-To-Market (GTM): You'll be a key enabler of Go-To-Market readiness for new product releases through process creation, updates, comprehensive training, and clear communication. A core part of your role will be to identify and implement opportunities to increase operational efficiency across our HR tech stack.</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; color: rgb(40, 40, 40);">Data Analysis & Performance Measurement: You'll establish benchmarks for quantitative data to facilitate success metrics and measure, surface, and distribute both quantitative and qualitative data about the product and user experience.</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; color: rgb(40, 40, 40);">Subject Matter Expertise: You'll continually strive to become a Subject Matter Expert, staying ahead of trends and best practices in HR technology.</li></ul> What We're Looking For:<ul><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; color: rgb(40, 40, 40);">Proven experience guiding AI-driven transformations within the product lifecycle.</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; color: rgb(40, 40, 40);">Proven experience supporting product development and delivery specifically within an HR technology or HR domain. </li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; color: rgb(40, 40, 40);">The ability to analyze HR data to identify trends, measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives, and inform data-driven decision-making.</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; color: rgb(40, 40, 40);">Demonstrated ability to conduct business testing (UAT) for HR product changes, including developing robust test cases and gathering valuable user feedback.</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; color: rgb(40, 40, 40);">Experience bridging the gap between HR operational needs and product/engineering requirements.</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; color: rgb(40, 40, 40);">Strong project management abilities with a track record of delivering results.</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; color: rgb(40, 40, 40);">Excellent analytical skills to interpret and extract actionable insights from complex data.</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; color: rgb(40, 40, 40);">Strong communication skills that enable effective cross-functional collaboration.</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; color: rgb(40, 40, 40);">The ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; color: rgb(40, 40, 40);">Basic technical proficiency and a willingness to learn how backend systems and admin dashboard’s function.</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; color: rgb(40, 40, 40);">Experienced using Altassian specially Jira and Confluence. It will be a bonus if proficient in Lucid and Figma tools.</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; color: rgb(40, 40, 40);">Experience using Databricks, Tableau or similar reporting tool</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; color: rgb(40, 40, 40);">Demonstrated experience applying AI-driven solutions to optimize daily workflows and improve productivity.</li></ul>  We will consider for employment all qualified applicants who meet the inherent requirements for the position.
