Senior Product Marketing Manager

The Senior Product Marketing Manager will drive product adoption by creating scalable marketing strategies, launch processes, and enablement programs that support business growth. This role requires strong collaboration across multiple teams to ensure new capabilities are effectively positioned, communicated, and adopted by customers and internal stakeholders.

• Design and manage a continuous product launch program that supports frequent releases and evolving business priorities.
• Develop field enablement resources that help customer-facing teams confidently position products, communicate value, and support sales conversations.
• Own competitive intelligence and customer insights programs, transforming findings into messaging frameworks, battlecards, and strategic playbooks.
• Create product content and marketing assets using AI-powered workflows to improve efficiency, consistency, and scalability.
• Lead end-to-end execution of strategic product launches, including planning, stakeholder alignment, execution, and performance measurement.
• Partner closely with Product, Sales, Growth, and Customer Success teams to align go-to-market strategies and drive shared outcomes.
• Establish repeatable launch frameworks, documentation processes, and performance tracking systems to support continuous improvement.
• Build feedback loops with go-to-market teams and customers to refine positioning, messaging, and future product strategies.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate combines strong product marketing expertise with excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced technology environment. You should be comfortable owning complex initiatives, translating technical concepts into customer-focused narratives, and leveraging modern tools to improve marketing operations.

• 3+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably within B2B SaaS or technology companies.
• Proven experience creating and scaling product launch programs from strategy through execution.
• Strong positioning, messaging, and content development skills with the ability to communicate product value effectively across channels.
• Experience using AI tools to create efficient workflows, improve processes, and enhance marketing execution.
• Strong project management abilities with experience managing multi-stage initiatives involving multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to understand complex technical concepts and translate them into compelling customer stories.
• Experience partnering effectively with Sales and Customer Success teams to improve product adoption and revenue outcomes.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to measure launch effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities.
• Experience in privacy, cybersecurity, compliance, or other trust-focused technology categories is a plus.
• Familiarity with competitive intelligence programs and customer-driven product strategy is preferred.
• Ability to work independently, manage ambiguity, and take ownership of strategic initiatives.
