Provide strategic input into pricing and packaging across our portfolio to enable growth </li><li>Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy: develop strategies and plans to achieve commercial and consumer traction goals. Coordinate with cross-functional leadership to ensure plans are executed on appropriately </li><li>Storytelling: turn the complex into the compelling by partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure market and Member-facing materials are crisp and competitive </li><li>Influence Strategy: provide feedback to product and strategy teams on market intelligence and consumer needs to inform roadmap and prioritization</li></ul>What we’re looking for<ul><li>A successful track record as a product marketing manager or related role </li><li>Ability to analyze and synthesize information (market intelligence, Member journeys, etc.) and make recommendations and guide teams to achieve goals </li><li>Understanding of B2B2C or B2B business models and marketing and sales funnels, ideally within tech or healthcare industries </li><li>A passion for storytelling and working with high performing commercial and product teams </li><li>An analytical foothold and strong project management capabilities </li><li>An ability to help influence the product roadmap based on insights from the market, sales, customers, and product concept validation   </li><li>Exceptional communications skills and proficiency developing effective messaging, positioning, and narratives, especially in a competitive and complex category </li><li>A rich background supporting new product launches (working with senior leadership to execute on the creation of GTM strategy and pricing, manage cross-functional teams, and deliver on aggressive business goals) </li><li>Experience developing compelling internal content and training for sales, customer support, and marketing as well as effective external product marketing assets including videos, demos, presentations, customer-facing sheets, and sales collateral </li><li>A solid performance history within a fast-moving, startup culture </li></ul><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="title">As a remote position, the salary range for this role is:</div><div class="pay-range">$140,000—$150,000 USD</div></div></div><div class="content-conclusion">Total Rewards Individual compensation packages are based on a few different factors unique to each candidate, including primary work location and an evaluation of a candidate’s skills, experience, market demands, and internal equity.  Salary is just one component of Transcarent's total package.
