Senior Product Marketing Manager

We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive demand for and adoption of Prompt. The ideal candidate will have experience at a B2B software company. We’re looking for someone with strong communication and project management skills. You’ll need to act on market trends, understand the competitive landscape, and creatively launch and drive adoption of Prompt’s products and features. Experience in the healthcare software industry and/or outpatient rehab is preferred but not required.Â
Responsibilities:
Develop comprehensive product marketing plans that align with company objectives and drive revenue growth.
Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive positioning.
Define target customer segments and develop messaging and positioning strategies that resonate with each audience.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product management, sales, and customer success to ensure alignment and execution of marketing initiatives.
Create compelling marketing collateral including product messaging, sales enablement materials, webinars/events, product tours, partnership announcements, and product launches.
Analyze marketing metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and optimize strategies for success.
Stay aware of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to inform product roadmap and marketing strategies.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
Experience in software product marketing AND/OR outpatient therapy [PT, OT, SLP or related healthcare fields]
Creative thinker with a customer-centric mindset and a passion for innovation
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Experience working cross-functionally with product management, sales, and marketing teams
Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and align stakeholders towards common goals
