We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the Strength & Conditioning product within our Performance category. This product plays a crucial role in helping elite sports organizations optimize training, monitor progress, and enhance athlete performance through data-driven solutions.

As Senior Product Manager, you will own the product strategy, roadmap, and execution, collaborating closely with engineering, design, performance staff, and other product teams to deliver high-impact capabilities. You’ll be responsible for driving outcomes that enhance athlete care and development, aligning internal teams, and evolving our platform to meet the demands of high-performance sports.

Game Plan: How You'll Drive Impact:

  • Own the Strength & Conditioning product roadmap, defining the vision, prioritizing initiatives, and delivering high-impact features for elite sports organizations.
  • Lead the product development lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring timely, high-quality execution in partnership with engineering and design.
  • Translate complex customer needs into actionable product capabilities, leveraging data insights and user feedback to refine product strategy.
  • Drive alignment across cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success) to ensure smooth execution and adoption.
  • Establish and track key product metrics, using both qualitative and quantitative insights to drive decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies, ensuring successful product adoption and measurable business impact.
  • Conduct customer discovery and research, working closely with coaches, trainers, and performance staff to identify and validate key user needs.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, including advancements in training methodologies, wearable technology, and sports performance analytics, to inform future product direction.

Player Profile: What You Bring to the Team:

  • Proven track record in B2B SaaS product management, preferably with experience building complex products.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, able to set clear expectations and drive alignment across cross-functional teams.
  • Technical acumen—while not necessarily an engineer, you should be comfortable working with engineering teams on complex technical solutions.
  • Experience with product rebuilds and customer transitions is a plus but not required.
  • Familiarity with data science concepts is beneficial but not a core requirement.
  • Deep understanding of elite sports organizations and the challenges of managing athlete data, performance, and compliance.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize user insights, market data, and business needs into actionable product strategies.

Compensation Philosophy:

For this role, the salary target is $180,000, with your final offer determined by your experience, skills, and interview performance. Every Teamworks teammate is an owner, with equity aligning your success with ours.
