The Senior Product Manager, Payments will be responsible for expanding our platform capabilities. You will own all payment integrations and lead the end to end payment experience for our customers built in partnership with leading processors and acquirers.
At Qu you will:
- Own and manage the roadmap for all processor, acquirer, and gateway integrations
- Define scalable APIs and abstractions for managing tender types, tokens, refunds, partial authorizations, offline fallback, and loyalty tendering.
- Lead partner engagements with processors, device manufacturers, and gateways to support certifications and platform enhancements.
- Develop capabilities for omnichannel payments, supporting card-present (CP) and card-not-present (CNP) flows across POS, kiosk, mobile, and web.
- Ensure certification, compliance, and operational readiness across supported processors and devices.
- Work closely with Customer Success, Sales, Finance, and Legal to align payment functionality with go-to-market, compliance, and risk requirements.
- Create documentation, training, and enablement materials to support field and partner teams.
What we're looking for:
- 5 years of product management experience, ideally with payments platforms, processors, or fintech infrastructure.
- Deep understanding of card payment flows, including auth/capture, settlement, chargebacks, tokenization, and terminal logic.
- Direct experience building embedded payment products
- Familiarity with PCI compliance, P2PE, EMV certification, and multi-device orchestration.
- Proven ability to manage complex API integrations and deliver production-grade payment systems.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and drive clarity in ambiguous, evolving problem spaces.
- Strong analytical, communication, and execution skills.
