This role offers the opportunity to lead and shape operational resilience products for a global audience, translating complex customer needs into strategic product initiatives. The Senior Product Manager will drive the product roadmap, ensuring solutions meet market demands and regulatory compliance standards while delivering measurable business impact. Working closely with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, engineering, and product, you will influence product strategy, messaging, and execution across multiple regions. The position requires a strong understanding of operational resilience frameworks, third-party risk management, and business continuity principles. Success in this role will be measured by market adoption, product differentiation, and the ability to enable sales teams with impactful tools and messaging. This role combines strategic vision, analytical rigor, and hands-on product leadership in a dynamic, fast-growing environment.
· Lead the operational resilience product domain, developing a deep understanding of customer challenges, market trends, and competitive alternatives.
· Translate customer and market insights into prioritized product requirements and deliverables across global regions (EMEA, Americas, APAC).
· Develop effective product positioning and messaging to articulate value propositions, product features, and differentiators.
· Drive product execution, collaborating with engineering and product teams to deliver innovation and validate outcomes.
· Partner with sales and marketing teams to create enablement tools, playbooks, solution sheets, and training materials that increase win rates.
· Plan and coordinate successful product launches, ensuring alignment between product marketing, sales, and regional teams.
· Continuously assess program effectiveness, refine strategies, and recommend improvements to increase product adoption and market impact.
Requirements
· Proven experience in B2B product management/marketing, ideally within GRC software or related enterprise solutions.
· Strong understanding of operational resilience frameworks and third-party risk management practices (e.g., DORA, CPS230, NIS2, NIST-CSF 2.0, ISO22301).
· Demonstrated ability to translate complex business needs into product strategy, positioning, and actionable roadmaps.
· Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, engineering, and product management.
· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
· Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
· Proactive, collaborative, and self-driven, with a strong sense of ownership and initiative.
