Our AI-powered Appeal Writer automates complex appeal workflows, allowing teams to focus on patient care. As a Senior Product Manager, New Products, you will lead the evolution of this platform. Your role involves deeply understanding user workflows, refining platform capabilities, and ruthlessly prioritizing initiatives that deliver measurable business outcomes. You’ll collaborate with engineering, data science, design, and client success to scale the product and balance innovation with execution. With a strong product and technical lens, you'll ensure the platform becomes the go-to solution for AI-assisted appeal.
