Accountabilities:

Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from discovery to delivery, focusing on improving user retention and engagement
Define and prioritize product features aligned with strategic objectives and measurable outcomes
Collaborate with engineering, design, data, and community stakeholders to deliver high-quality mobile experiences
Identify new product opportunities and contribute to long-term roadmap planning and key results definition
Drive experimentation through iterative releases, validating hypotheses with data and user feedback
Use quantitative and qualitative insights to assess product performance and inform decisions
Maintain clear and transparent documentation for both internal teams and external community stakeholders
Guide cross-functional teams in agile development processes and ensure alignment on priorities

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in product management, with a strong focus on user-facing digital products
3+ years of experience managing mobile applications on Android and/or iOS platforms
Proven track record of launching and optimizing features in large-scale consumer apps
Experience working in cross-functional teams within agile or iterative development environments
Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making, A/B testing, or product analytics
Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous and fast-changing environments
Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
Strong commitment to inclusive product development and diverse user needs
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
