Position Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Product Manager to join our leadership team in scaling a next-generation EHR and Practice Management platform purpose-built for behavioral health providers. This is a pivotal role for a product-minded operator who thrives on execution, owns outcomes, and knows how to move strategy into production—fast and clean with quality in mind. We put an emphasis in three areas for our product team members: Product Sense, Execution, Analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and drive complex product initiatives across the EHR and PM domains, including clinical, billing, documentation, compliance, and integrations.
  • Understand growth mechanisms; retention, conversion, activation (product led AND sales-team led growth).
  • Operate as a strong individual contributor: write clear requirements, collaborate with engineering, and make decisions using data when possible.
  • Leverage AI tools where appropriate to accelerate prototyping, structure exploratory work, and increase throughput without sacrificing quality.
  • Collaborate directly with engineering, design, support, and senior leadership to define and prioritize the roadmap.
  • Conduct market and user research to validate opportunities and sharpen product direction.
  • Translate strategy into execution and ruthlessly unblock delivery.
  • Monitor adoption, usage, and feedback; iterate based on signals—not assumptions.
  • Serve as a cross-functional leader with the confidence and clarity to operate at both strategic and tactical levels.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5–7 years of product management experience, including 4+ years in healthcare technology (EHR, PM, RCM, or adjacent systems).
  • Demonstrated experience shipping and scaling production-grade software with measurable customer and business impact.
  • Excellent product judgment and execution discipline; you balance speed with rigor.
  • Strong analytical skills: ability to interrogate product usage, create models, and drive decisions from data.
  • Technically adept and experienced working closely with engineering teams.
  • Comfortable exploring and incorporating AI capabilities to streamline workflows, ideate faster, and increase execution leverage.
  • Proven ability to accelerate roadmap velocity and bring clarity in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
  • Comfortable engaging directly with executive leadership and frontline users alike.
  • Previous experience in the behavioral or mental health vertical is a significant plus.

Benefits for full time domestic employees

  • Healthcare (medical, dental, vision)- company pays for up to 75% of health insurance for both employee and dependents - some plans with HSA options
  • Basic term and optional term life insurance
  • Short-term disability (paid for by the company) and long-term disability
  • 401(k) and employer-matched retirement plan
  • Paid time off that includes 8 sick leave days per year (80 hour annual rollover), 6 personal days per year (rollover all), and 12 vacation days per year (rollover all)

Position fully remote. Must reside in the following states: AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IN, MD, MN, MO, NH, NJ, NY, NC, PA, SC, TX, VA, WA
