In this role, you will lead the vision and development of next-generation trading experiences powered by autonomous agents, enabling users to capture opportunities around the clock. You will work at the intersection of AI, crypto, and consumer product design, shaping how intelligent systems interact with financial markets on behalf of users. This position spans both user-facing features and developer platforms, requiring a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution. You’ll collaborate closely with engineering, design, legal, and security teams to deliver secure, scalable, and intuitive solutions. Operating in a fast-moving and innovative environment, you will define new paradigms in digital finance. Your work will directly influence how millions of users engage with decentralized trading ecosystems.

Accountabilities:

Define and drive the product vision and strategy for agentic trading, aligning with broader business objectives
Own the development of consumer-facing features that enable users to benefit from autonomous trading agents
Lead the creation and evolution of developer-facing tools (e.g., APIs, CLI, AI integrations) to support agent-based ecosystems
Translate business and user needs into detailed product requirements, ensuring secure and compliant execution (permissions, audit trails, consent flows)
Conduct market research and gather insights from users and emerging AI trends to continuously refine product direction
Manage the full product lifecycle from discovery to launch, prioritizing rapid iteration and real-world feedback
Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, legal, and security teams to deliver cohesive and high-quality solutions
Drive alignment across teams and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery and measurable product outcomes

Requirements:

3+ years of experience as a Product Manager or experience as a founder with end-to-end product ownership
Proven track record of launching and scaling successful products throughout their lifecycle
Strong knowledge of crypto, DeFi, and trading mechanisms, including execution, risk, and market dynamics
Technical fluency to collaborate effectively with engineering teams on APIs, automation, and AI-driven systems
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders without direct authority
Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-evolving environments with a high degree of ownership
Strong analytical thinking and user-centric mindset
Excellent communication and prioritization skills

Nice to have:

Experience building 0-to-1 products or launching new teams
Background in developer platforms (APIs, SDKs, CLI tools) alongside consumer applications
