Senior Product Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Product Manager based in United States.

This role is focused on shaping and executing the product vision for a tech-enabled consumer lending platform designed to improve financial access and confidence for customers with limited savings. You will lead end-to-end product development across critical areas of the lending journey, working at the intersection of customer experience, data, and risk management. The position requires close collaboration with engineering, design, analytics, marketing, and operations to deliver high-impact, scalable solutions. You will own product strategy, roadmap execution, and outcome measurement for a dedicated product pod. This role is highly data-driven and customer-centric, requiring strong judgment in balancing growth, conversion, and responsible lending. The environment is fast-paced, mission-driven, and highly cross-functional, with strong emphasis on experimentation and continuous improvement.

Accountabilities:

Define and drive the product vision and roadmap aligned with business objectives, customer needs, and market opportunities within your product pod.
Lead the full product lifecycle from ideation through launch, ensuring clear execution across design, engineering, and delivery teams.
Conduct customer discovery using qualitative and quantitative insights to deeply understand user needs, pain points, and opportunities.
Partner closely with engineering, design, analytics, marketing, and operations to deliver customer-centric and business-impacting solutions.
Use data, experimentation, A/B testing, and performance metrics to guide product decisions and optimization.
Continuously evaluate product performance against business outcomes, iterating based on feedback, data, and market trends.
Balance customer experience, business performance, and risk considerations in all product decisions.

Requirements:

6+ years of product management or product design experience in technology-driven companies.
Experience working on consumer-facing digital products, ideally within financial services, lending, or regulated industries.
Strong ability to translate customer needs into scalable product solutions while balancing business and risk considerations.
Proven experience in data-driven decision-making, including experimentation, forecasting, and conversion optimization.
Strong collaboration skills with experience working across engineering, design, analytics, and business stakeholders.
Comfortable operating in ambiguous environments with a high degree of ownership and autonomy.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data and user behavior.
Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and deliver measurable business outcomes.
