You own outcomes.You will define product direction, drive alignment, and deliver measurable impact across a highly integrated ecosystem spanning compliance content, AI, data platforms, and enterprise workflows. You must be equally comfortable shaping long-term platform strategy and getting deep into execution details.<h2>What You’ll Own</h2><h3>Product Strategy & Vision</h3><ul><li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 12pt;">Define and drive the product vision and roadmap for core Embedded Compliance Intelligence capabilities</li><li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 12pt;">Identify opportunities to embed AI into compliance workflows, including regulatory intelligence, automation, and decision support</li><li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 12pt;">Establish and own KPIs tied to adoption, automation rates, compliance outcomes, and revenue impact</li><li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 12pt;">Make and communicate clear prioritization and tradeoff decisions across a complex product landscape</li></ul><h3>AI-Driven Compliance Innovation</h3><ul><li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 12pt;">Translate AI/ML capabilities (LLMs, rule systems, data models) into differentiated product experiences</li><li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 12pt;">Lead experimentation and iterative delivery of AI-enabled compliance features</li><li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 12pt;">Partner with engineering on build vs. buy vs. partner decisions for AI and data capabilities</li><li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 12pt;">Ensure responsible AI practices, including transparency, explainability, and regulatory alignment</li></ul><h3>Feature & Capability Ownership</h3>Own and evolve core Embedded Compliance Intelligence capabilities, including:<ul><li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 12pt;">3+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise platforms</li><li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 12pt;">Proven track record of owning and scaling complex, high-impact products</li><li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 12pt;">Experience delivering AI-enabled, data-driven, or automation-focused solutions</li><li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 12pt;">Strong ability to translate ambiguous problems into structured product strategies</li><li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;
