Senior Product Manager

This role is responsible for leading a critical area of the merchant account management experience within a dynamic B2B SaaS environment. The Senior Product Manager will define the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for onboarding, payouts, and reconciliation workflows, ensuring seamless, secure, and compliant payment experiences. You will collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Finance, Payment Operations, and Risk teams to deliver solutions that balance automation, risk management, and speed. This position emphasizes data-driven decision-making, customer-focused innovation, and measurable impact. It offers the opportunity to influence product design, optimize workflows, and directly improve customer cash flow experiences. You will work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, shaping tools used by SMBs to manage payments efficiently and effectively.

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for defined merchant account management experiences.
• Improve onboarding, payout, and reconciliation workflows to reduce friction and enhance customer confidence.
• Translate customer needs into actionable product requirements and prioritized initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Finance, Payment Operations, Risk, and Design to deliver high-quality, secure solutions.
• Lead new product ideas from discovery to launch, ensuring measurable impact and strong execution.
• Define and monitor success metrics, using qualitative and quantitative data to drive continuous improvement.
• Partner with stakeholders to maintain alignment and deliver a seamless merchant experience.

• Proven experience managing and launching B2B or B2B2C SaaS products.
• Strong understanding of online payment processing, payout reconciliation, and embedded finance tools.
• Familiarity with risk signals, fraud mitigation, and underwriting workflows.
• Ability to balance business objectives, technical constraints, and customer needs.
• Excellent collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience using data to inform product decisions and measure outcomes.
• Preferred experience scaling merchant onboarding or financial workflows and exposure to global payments or compliance considerations.
