We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead Prospect by Buildout, our data and prospecting solution for commercial real estate brokers. In this role, you'll drive product strategy and execution for this digital-first offering, working as part of a product trio with our design and development teams.
As a senior member of the product team, you'll have significant autonomy to shape the future of Prospect while advancing three key strategic initiatives:
Product-Led Growth: You'll lead our efforts to accelerate revenue growth through digital acquisition and conversion. This includes optimizing the entire customer journey—from trial signup to activation, engagement, and expansion—creating frictionless experiences that allow customers to discover value quickly and independently. You'll use data-driven insights to continually refine this journey, implementing strategies that increase conversion, reduce time-to-value, and drive bottom-line results.
Recurring Value Creation: You'll develop innovative approaches to demonstrate ongoing value in our data product. By making data more dynamic, timely, and actionable, you'll give customers compelling reasons to maintain their subscriptions. This includes leveraging AI and LLMs to source real-time data, connect disparate information sources, and create intelligent workflows that help brokers effectively utilize the data in their daily work.
Portfolio Integration: You'll develop and execute our strategy for tighter integration between Prospect and other Buildout products, creating a cohesive ecosystem that enhances overall customer value. By identifying and building compelling cross-product workflows, you'll help increase retention, drive deeper platform adoption, and create natural pathways for customers to expand their Buildout footprint.
Your work will directly impact how brokers discover and pursue opportunities while contributing significantly to our company-wide growth and retention objectives.
