About the role
- As a Senior Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting our operations and influencing decision-making processes, as well as developing scalable solutions to address our operational needs. By collaborating closely with cross functional team members you will be working to identify digital tools and systems required to support them, and managing relationships with vendor partners from implementation through post go-live. What you'll do
- Partner with OBHS department leads to identify service delivery needs and the digital tools and systems required to support them
- Participate in product strategy development and processes including capability prioritization and measuring product effectiveness
- Complete build vs. buy assessments/vendor evaluations for On Belay product components
- Work with On Belay’s partner practice staff and dedicated teams to research problems and design solutions that elevate the On Belay care model, centered around patient, practice, and business needs
- Become an expert in the On Belay Clinical Model, impacting the lives of clinical teams and patients across the United States
- Manage and be accountable for the successful roll out integration of new capabilities with ongoing monitoring and reporting on user feedback and suggestions after release
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience of experience in healthcare products and services development & management
- Solid understanding of products and services development life cycle
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Outstanding organizational, problem solving and time management skills
- Ability to be data driven and use measurements in your approach to identifying and solving problems
- Strong experience working in healthcare, particularly managed service organizations and/or value-based physician groups
- Strong experience in design thinking
- Quick learner comfortable with a high level of ambiguity
- Bachelor degree required; Graduate degree preferred but not required (MBA, MPH)
