This role sits at the intersection of product strategy, customer insight, and market intelligence, shaping how growth opportunities are identified and activated across a leading eCommerce technology platform. You will act as a critical connector between Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success, ensuring that customer signals and market shifts are translated into actionable product direction. The position blends structured customer discovery, competitive analysis, and narrative building to guide both roadmap decisions and go-to-market execution. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to refine messaging, surface opportunities, and improve product-market alignment. This is a highly collaborative and fast-moving environment where clarity, synthesis, and communication drive impact. Your work will directly influence how products evolve and how they are positioned in a rapidly changing digital commerce ecosystem.


Accountabilities:
  • Lead structured customer discovery efforts, including interviews, advisory sessions, and usage signal analysis, to validate product opportunities and translate insights into clear strategic recommendations.
  • Synthesize feedback from Sales, Customer Success, Support, and usage analytics into actionable themes that inform product strategy and prioritization.
  • Monitor eCommerce ecosystem trends, platform changes, and competitive movements, proactively surfacing relevant insights for cross-functional teams.
  • Own and refine product narratives for external stakeholders, including ecosystem partners and industry forums, ensuring consistent and compelling positioning.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing to translate product capabilities into clear value propositions and GTM messaging grounded in real customer needs.
  • Support intake and routing of external product requests, improving alignment and operational efficiency between Product, Sales, and Enablement teams.

Requirements

  • 4–6+ years of professional experience, including exposure to product management, product strategy, product marketing, or growth-focused roles in SaaS or platform environments.
  • Experience participating in customer discovery activities such as interviews, advisory boards, or structured feedback sessions, with the ability to synthesize insights into clear outputs.
  • Familiarity with go-to-market processes and cross-functional product launches, with an understanding of how Product, Marketing, and Sales teams collaborate.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret usage data and customer feedback to support strategic recommendations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex product ideas into clear, structured narratives for diverse audiences.
  • Comfort operating in fast-paced environments, balancing ambiguity, multiple stakeholders, and evolving priorities.
