What You’ll Do:
- You'll manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality learning materials.
- You'll analyze existing content and conduct research to determine the resource needs for product updates, ensuring alignment with the overall Product Education Content Strategy.
- You'll collaborate with stakeholders (internal and external) to identify client needs and implement enhancements to learning content.
- You'll develop metrics and evaluation tools to assess existing learning content and recommend data-driven improvements.
- You'll work closely with cross-functional team members to coordinate and validate content.
- You'll design and develop assessments to evaluate learner comprehension and effectiveness of learning materials, ensuring alignment with learning objectives.
- You'll apply industry best practices and standards in content creation and management to ensure high-quality and effective educational materials.
- You'll master complex concepts and translate them into clear, engaging, and accessible content for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- You'll act as an editor for learning content, maintaining consistency, accuracy, and adherence to style guidelines across all Product Education platforms to deliver a cohesive and professional user experience.
- You'll develop online learning content in various formats, including written documentation, video tutorials, and interactive elements using current tools and technologies.
- You'll conduct regular audits of learning content to verify it is current and effective.
- You'll provide leadership and support to team members in the development of learning content and educational strategies.
- You'll take on other duties and projects as assigned.
What You’ll Need:
- 3-5 years of experience in creating learning content for adult learners.
- Bachelor's degree in related field.
- Tech savvy with ability to quickly master new software; CSS & jQuery skills a plus.
- Strong understanding of adult learning theories and instructional design methodologies.
- Strong organization and presentation skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Comfortable speaking to large groups of individuals, including senior leadership.
