As a Senior Product Designer, you will play a key role in shaping the collaboration experience within a modern AI-powered workspace. You will create innovative design solutions that enable teams to communicate, coordinate, and work together efficiently. This role combines user-centered research, design strategy, and hands-on execution, allowing you to influence product features that directly impact productivity. You will collaborate with product managers, engineers, and researchers to define and deliver intuitive workflows. The position emphasizes designing scalable, high-quality experiences while fostering a culture of creativity and collaboration. Your work will directly contribute to improving user satisfaction, efficiency, and engagement across the platform.
Accountabilities:
• Conduct user research to gather deep insights into behaviors, pain points, and collaboration needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product strategy and roadmap for collaboration experiences.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to communicate design concepts and interactions.
• Conduct usability testing, gather feedback, and iterate on designs to ensure optimal user experiences.
• Partner with front-end developers to implement designs to the highest standards.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of design practices, tools, and processes.
• Advocate for design quality, consistency, and innovative solutions across products.
Requirements
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product design, ideally focused on collaboration or communication products.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating impactful collaboration-focused design work.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Origami.
• Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills in cross-functional teams.
• Strategic thinking with the ability to translate user insights into innovative design solutions.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, iterative product environments and influence design direction.
