As a Senior Product Designer, you will play a critical role in shaping the way teams collaborate and communicate within a high-impact digital workspace. You will be responsible for designing intuitive, efficient, and delightful experiences that help users coordinate, share, and manage work effectively. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will translate research insights and user needs into innovative design solutions while ensuring alignment with the product vision. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on design execution, providing opportunities to influence product direction and drive meaningful improvements in user productivity. Ideal candidates are highly collaborative, user-focused, and thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments.

Accountabilities:

·         Conduct user research to gain deep insights into user behaviors, pain points, and needs in collaboration and communication workflows.

·         Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that communicate design concepts and interaction models effectively.

·         Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and researchers to define product strategy and roadmap for the collaboration experience.

·         Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate and improve design solutions.

·         Work closely with developers to ensure the design vision is implemented to the highest standard.

·         Translate research findings and user insights into actionable design recommendations and innovative solutions.

·         Advocate for user-centered design principles across teams and contribute to the overall design culture.

Requirements

·         Minimum of 5 years’ experience in product design, with a focus on collaboration or communication products.

·         Strong portfolio demonstrating impactful design solutions and successful product launches.

·         Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Origami.

·         Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.

·         Excellent collaboration and communication skills for working effectively across cross-functional teams.

·         Ability to think strategically and translate user insights into innovative and actionable design solutions.

·         Strong attention to detail and passion for creating exceptional user experiences.

·         Comfortable working in fast-paced, dynamic environments and managing multiple priorities.
