About the role
The Senior Product Designer of Acquisition will play a crucial role in evolving the user experience, brand feeling, and interface design for our digital products. As part of a small, agile team, the Senior Product Designer will focus on improving the conversion rate and leading the capture of new prospects interested in longevity solutions. You will be partnering closely with Marketing to ensure that our web experiences integrate seamlessly with upper funnel experiences and that landing pages designed by agencies are consistent with our brand guidelines, align with customer needs, and uphold a high standard for quality design. From user research and wireframing to prototyping and user testing, this role will be involved in the entire design process, ensuring a user-centered approach throughout.
What you'll do
- Lead design projects across the entire product lifecycle and multiple product experiments within AgelessRx acquisition space.
- Work cross functionally with product, marketing, and operations teams to develop solutions that provide the best experience to our patients while growing the business.
- Push the boundaries of the company's brand and design system to spur its evolution over time.
- Review marketing landing pages and coach agencies to ensure they match your design system, meet your design expectations, and deliver a cohesive experience.
- Perform and incorporate user research, data insights, and feedback into the design process, ensuring the experiences we create are grounded in user needs and behaviors.
- Develop user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes to effectively communicate and test design concepts.
- Uncover and define new ideas and concepts that help innovate and evolve our current offerings and experiences.
- Present and communicate design rationale and decisions business leaders, ensuring alignment and clarity on design solutions.
- Provide mentorship, guidance, and critical feedback to other designers and peers on the team and within Marketing, fostering a culture of growth and continuous learning.
- Navigate between designing for revenue impact and designing for user needs and patient outcomes.
- Partner with product, analytics, engineering to review test results and hypothesize follow-up steps to drive growth from learnings.
- Contribute to and lead the evolution of AgelessRx’s design system. Ensure scalable components are developed, documented, and ensure a cohesive user experience is applied across AgelessRx’s platform.
- Work with web developers and engineers to deliver final products and ensure the outcomes meet your vision and expectations.
Qualifications
- Exceptional portfolio of work spanning multiple design projects that represent complex experiences related to eCommerce and demonstrated impact.
- Experience creating infographics and animations to make complex topics simple to understand and engaging.
- 3-5+ years of proven experience working as a Product Designer with a portfolio showcasing successful design projects; work in SaaS, e-commerce, consumer products, or telehealth is a plus.
- Strong visual design skills with an eye for aesthetics and attention to detail.
- Someone who thrives working in highly complex spaces and bringing simple and intuitive solutions to life to improve user comprehension.
- Experience in balancing speed and quality with a focus on driving metrics impact through experiments.
- Great communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate your design decisions and the problems they’re solving.
- Strong collaboration skills and ability contribute and grow cross-functional teams and partners as part of your process.
- Ability to mentor and guide other designers while maintaining a high standard of design quality.
- Empathy, curiosity, and a passion for understanding user behavior and needs.
- Experience building from the ground up, as well as contributing to and maintaining design systems.
- Proficient in design and prototyping software such as Figma.
- An interest in working closely with product managers and developers to ship product features focused on prioritized customer needs; partnering with them to define roadmaps and prioritize requirements
- Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- A passion for data - you seek out and rely on analytics, user research, and competitive insights to inform design decisions.
