Malwarebytes/ThreatDown is looking for..

We’re seeking a Senior Product Designer to join our product design team. In this role, you will shape the end-to-end experience of our B2B cybersecurity SaaS platform. You’ll work closely with product managers, engineers, and researchers to transform complex cybersecurity workflows into simple, scalable, and intuitive solutions for IT administrators and security teams. 

This is a high-impact role where you’ll take ownership of large product areas, lead design from discovery through delivery, and influence design standards across the platform 


What You Will Do:

  • Lead the design of new features and improvements across our cybersecurity SaaS product, from concept to implementation. 
  • Translate complex security workflows (endpoint, identity, network, email, and more) into simple, actionable user experiences. 
  • Partner with product managers and engineers to define problem spaces, scope MVPs, and input on planned phased releases. 
  • Use insights from UX research, data, and customer feedback to inform design decisions. 
  • Facilitate workshops, design critiques, and cross-functional collaboration sessions. 
  • Mentor other designers, sharing best practices in craft, process, and stakeholder communication. 


Skills You'll Need to Have:

  • 5+ years of product design experience, with at least 2+ years working on B2B SaaS or complex enterprise platforms. 
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design process—from discovery to final execution—across complex, data-heavy applications. 
  • Experience working with cybersecurity, IT administration, or similarly technical domains (preferred, not required). 
  • Proficiency in Figma for design, prototyping, and systems thinking. 
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills; ability to influence and align cross-functional teams. 
  • Comfort navigating ambiguity, balancing user needs with business goals and technical constraints. 
  • A mindset for systems thinking, scalable design, and measurable impact
