We’re hiring a Senior Product Designer to own the end-to-end design process, creating intuitive, scalable experiences that simplify complex workflows for our users. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with distributed teams to shape TROOP’s design system, drive product innovation, and deliver user-centered solutions.

What you’ll be doing:

• Own the end-to-end design process for new features and product improvements – from discovery and research to prototyping, testing, and delivery.

• Turn complex workflows and data into simple, intuitive, and elegant user experiences.
• Partner closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and other stakeholders to align design decisions with business and user needs.
• Contribute to and evolve TROOP’s design system, ensuring consistency and scalability across the platform.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback sessions to inform design decisions.
• Collaborate effectively with distributed teams across different locations and time zones to ensure seamless product design and delivery.
• Share knowledge, best practices, and feedback with peers to strengthen TROOP’s design culture.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience designing digital products, within B2B SaaS startups/scale-ups.
• Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design, visual storytelling, and interaction design skills.
• Proficiency with modern design tools (e.g., Figma).
• Experience with design systems, prototyping, and usability testing.
• Ability to balance user needs with business goals in fast-paced environments.
• Proven ability to work effectively with distributed teams across multiple locations and time zones.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to present and explain design decisions clearly.

• Experience applying design to drive Product-Led Growth (PLG) strategies.
• Background in designing intuitive, scalable mobile products.
• Background in Business Travel, Events, or Meetings industry.
