This role is centered on driving meaningful operational transformation by analyzing, redesigning, and optimizing complex business processes across a dynamic, regulated environment. You will evaluate existing workflows, identify inefficiencies, and develop scalable, data-driven improvements that enhance productivity, accuracy, and cost efficiency. Acting as both a strategist and hands-on project leader, you will manage end-to-end initiatives from scoping through execution while ensuring alignment with business goals and stakeholder expectations. The position requires strong analytical thinking, adaptability, and the ability to operate effectively in environments with evolving regulatory and operational requirements. You will also collaborate closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure process changes are effectively implemented and sustained. This is a high-impact role for someone who enjoys solving complex problems and delivering measurable business outcomes through structured process improvement.


Accountabilities

In this role, you will lead and support end-to-end process improvement initiatives, ensuring operational efficiency, consistency, and measurable performance gains across business functions.

  • Analyze existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement
  • Design and implement sustainable, scalable, and measurable process improvement solutions
  • Manage all phases of projects, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
  • Define project scope, objectives, timelines, resource needs, and risk mitigation strategies
  • Conduct root cause analysis and data-driven evaluations to support process redesign
  • Apply process improvement and project management methodologies to reduce variation and enhance outcomes
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and senior leadership to align expectations and deliverables
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including charters, plans, RACI models, and status reports
  • Facilitate meetings, ensure clear communication, and track project progress and dependencies
  • Identify opportunities for automation and support the integration of new technologies into business processes

Requirements

This role requires strong experience in process improvement and project management, along with the ability to operate effectively across cross-functional teams and complex organizational environments.

  • 5+ years of end-to-end process management or project management experience
  • Experience translating business and technical requirements across multiple stakeholders
  • Proven track record managing medium to large-scale projects in complex environments
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and frameworks
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage senior and executive stakeholders
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced and changing environments
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data collection, analysis, and process evaluation
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Project, and Visio
  • Experience in healthcare or payer environments is preferred
  • Lean Six Sigma certification and change management experience are a plus
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with a focus on documentation and accountability
