This role sits at the intersection of data, strategy, and monetization, focusing on how pricing decisions shape business growth and product value across a complex SaaS portfolio. You will lead high-impact pricing and packaging initiatives, translating large datasets into clear, actionable strategies that influence executive-level decisions. Working closely with General Managers and cross-functional stakeholders, you will evaluate new business proposals, challenge assumptions, and define pricing models that maximize revenue and customer value. The position requires strong analytical depth and the ability to communicate insights through compelling narratives and structured frameworks. You will also play a key role in shaping bundling strategies, competitive positioning, and market-aligned monetization approaches. This is a highly visible individual contributor role in a fast-paced, data-driven environment where strategic thinking directly impacts business outcomes.


Accountabilities:
  • Lead annual pricing and monetization strategy initiatives by analyzing quantitative and qualitative data to develop structured pricing recommendations.
  • Design and optimize pricing and packaging models across products, customer segments, and global markets.
  • Partner with General Managers to align product roadmap decisions with pricing strategy and revenue objectives.
  • Build and present business cases that support prioritization, investment decisions, and monetization opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Analytics to ensure alignment on pricing initiatives.
  • Develop executive-level materials that simplify complex pricing concepts into clear, decision-ready insights.
  • Monitor competitive pricing trends and market shifts, translating insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Drive bundling and segmentation strategies to improve customer value and increase recurring revenue.
  • Influence senior stakeholders and executives on pricing and monetization decisions across the portfolio.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in pricing strategy, SaaS monetization, management consulting, finance, or related analytical fields.
  • Strong ability to combine business strategy with technical and data analysis to produce actionable insights.
  • Advanced SQL skills and experience working with large datasets.
  • Proficiency with data visualization and analytics tools such as Power BI, Excel, Snowflake, Salesforce, and similar platforms.
  • Experience building executive-level presentations and structured analytical frameworks.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-changing environments with evolving priorities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • Strong business acumen with a data-first, problem-solving mindset.
