  • Lead and contribute to moderately complex to complex projects, including strategy execution, process improvement initiatives, and performance optimization efforts.
  • Influence departmental strategies through insights derived from data analysis and clinical expertise, while operating with a high degree of autonomy.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in healthcare or a related field.

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary range: $86,300 – $118,700 per year (based on experience and location).
  • Eligibility for performance-based bonus incentives.
  • Comprehensive healthcare coverage including medical, dental, and vision insurance.
  • Retirement savings plan (401(k)) with employer support.
  • Paid time off including holidays, vacation, volunteer time, and parental/caregiver leave.
  • Short-term and long-term disability coverage, along with life insurance.
  • Flexible remote work arrangement with occasional travel for training or meetings.
  • Access to professional development opportunities and a strong focus on employee well-being.
