This role sits at the intersection of payroll compliance, regulatory interpretation, and product enablement within a fast-scaling global payroll and HR platform. You will ensure that PEO-specific payroll operations remain fully compliant across evolving US federal and state regulations while helping translate complex legal requirements into scalable product and engineering solutions. Acting as a key bridge between Compliance, Product, Engineering, and Legal teams, you will shape how co-employment payroll obligations are implemented and maintained at scale. The environment is highly collaborative, data-driven, and fast-moving, with strong emphasis on accuracy, regulatory rigor, and operational excellence. You will play a critical role in ensuring payroll compliance integrity while supporting continuous product innovation. In this role, you will ensure end-to-end compliance for PEO payroll operations while enabling scalable product implementation of regulatory requirements across the US.
This role requires strong expertise in PEO compliance and the ability to translate complex regulatory frameworks into structured, actionable product requirements within a technology environment.
