This role is ideal for a seasoned consultant who thrives at the intersection of strategy, communication, and transformation. You will lead organizational change initiatives for complex, enterprise-level programs, helping organizations navigate ambiguity and drive successful adoption of new ways of working. Acting as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, you’ll translate business and technology changes into clear, actionable strategies that align stakeholders and accelerate outcomes. You’ll operate with a high degree of autonomy, shaping change frameworks while ensuring measurable results. Accountabilities:- Lead the Organizational Change Management and communications workstream for large-scale transformation programs, owning both strategy and execution
- Advise executive stakeholders on change risks, alignment challenges, and adoption strategies with clear, actionable recommendations
- Develop and implement comprehensive OCM strategies, including stakeholder engagement, communication plans, training approaches, and readiness initiatives
- Translate complex business and technology initiatives into clear messaging, executive communications, and structured change roadmaps
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops and alignment sessions to ensure stakeholder buy-in and shared ownership of outcomes
- Integrate OCM activities with program timelines, governance frameworks, and PMO structures
- Measure and report on change effectiveness through adoption metrics, readiness assessments, and feedback mechanisms
- Deliver high-quality, client-ready outputs while maintaining accountability for outcomes and driving momentum across teams
Requirements:
- 8–12+ years of experience leading organizational change management initiatives in complex, enterprise environments
- Proven track record managing OCM workstreams for large-scale transformations involving technology implementations (e.g., ERP, SaaS, enterprise systems)
- Strong executive presence with the ability to influence, advise, and challenge senior leaders
- Ability to work independently, bringing structure and clarity to ambiguous and evolving situations
- Strategic mindset paired with hands-on execution capabilities
- Solid business acumen with understanding of how people, processes, and technology intersect
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
- Adaptability and comfort working in fast-paced consulting environments with shifting priorities
