Senior Operations Manager

This role is a key operational leadership position responsible for ensuring the smooth, efficient, and scalable execution of day-to-day business activities across the organization. The Senior Operations Manager will design and continuously improve core operational systems that support cross-functional teams and drive organizational performance. This individual will act as a critical connector between departments, particularly sales and program teams, ensuring alignment, clarity, and timely execution of shared workflows. The role combines hands-on operational execution with team leadership, process optimization, and systems ownership. You will also play a direct role in supporting program delivery and implementing new tools and workflows that improve efficiency and quality. The environment is fast-paced, collaborative, and mission-driven, requiring strong ownership and a proactive mindset.

Accountabilities:

Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of operational processes across the organization in collaboration with senior leadership.
Manage and mentor operations team members, providing guidance, feedback, and support on priorities and execution.
Act as a primary liaison between sales and program teams to ensure alignment, resolve operational issues, and streamline cross-functional workflows.
Own and optimize operational systems, tools, and infrastructure required for effective program delivery and organizational performance.
Support program execution directly when needed, including onboarding coordination, account setup, and operational implementation.
Lead operational projects involving tool implementation, workflow design, and process automation to improve efficiency and scalability.
Identify inefficiencies across teams and drive solutions that enhance speed, quality, and measurable outcomes.

Requirements:

6+ years of experience in operations, project management, organizational coordination, or a related field.
Proven experience managing teams or leading cross-functional workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
Strong ability to align sales and program operations, ensuring smooth communication and execution across departments.
Demonstrated success in building, scaling, and documenting operational systems and processes.
Excellent communication skills, with strong stakeholder management and consistent follow-through.
Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects under tight deadlines.
Proficiency with tools such as Notion, Google Drive, and Airtable, with adaptability to quickly learn new systems.
Detail-oriented, structured, and solutions-driven working style with strong ownership mentality.
