About Clarity Pediatrics

Clarity Pediatrics is redefining pediatric chronic care in a fragmented $100B industry.
Clarity is fast emerging as one of the most innovative leaders in pediatric health. One in three American children has a common chronic condition like ADHD, allergies, asthma, and obesity – yet families struggle to get timely, high-quality care. We scale virtual access to multi-specialty care, putting all the care a family needs in one place. We are turning a chaotic, fragmented and expensive care journey into a clear path forward.

Now is a great time to join - we just closed a substantial Series A, which means we have runway, ambition and a growing team. Since inception, we’ve raised $25M from leading VCs who invested early in category winners like One Medical, Hims, Spring Health, Cityblock, Alto Pharmacy, Strava, and Tia.

Role Overview

Clarity Pediatrics is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented operator to support our provider operations function.

This role is responsible for executing and maintaining the day-to-day systems that support our clinical team—ensuring accurate scheduling, clean data, and smooth onboarding and operations. You’ll play a key role in helping our providers deliver care efficiently by keeping the operational engine running reliably.

You will work closely with the Director of Provider Operations and partner with teams across Clinical, RCM, and Talent.

Responsibilities

Execute provider operations workflows

  • Manage provider schedules and ensure calendar accuracy

  • Execute onboarding workflows for new providers, ensuring all steps are completed on time

  • Track and support provider incentives and operational processes

  • Maintain documentation of workflows and standard operating procedures

Maintain provider data and systems

  • Update and manage provider data in Airtable and other systems

  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across scheduling and operations

  • Run regular audits to identify and correct errors

Support day-to-day provider operations

  • Troubleshoot basic provider-facing issues (scheduling, tools, workflows)

  • Support provider ramp and onboarding experience

  • Help ensure providers have what they need to operate effectively

Support cross-functional coordination

  • Assist with clinical program operations (e.g., group scheduling support)

  • Coordinate with internal teams on operational needs

  • Support with licensing and credentialing coordination as needed

About you

  • 3–5 years of experience in operations, biz ops, consulting, or similar roles

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail

  • Comfortable working in spreadsheets and operational tools (Airtable a plus)

  • Reliable and execution-focused—you follow through and catch details others miss

  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and building processes from scratch

  • Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

  • Clear communicator and strong team player

  • Interest in healthcare and improving care delivery

What We Offer

  • Meaningful Impact: Your work will directly improve the lives of children and parents navigating chronic conditions.

  • Female-Led, Mission-Driven Culture: Clarity as a company and our engineering, product, and operations teams are led by women. We've built a culture where diverse perspectives are the norm, not the exception — and where that translates into better care and better technology.

  • Accelerated Growth: On a small team at an early-stage company, you'll learn faster and take on more responsibility than you would at a bigger company. We invest in our people and create space for you to stretch.

  • Autonomy and Trust: We hire people we trust and then get out of their way. You'll have the freedom to make decisions, take risks, and move fast — with the support of a team that has your back.

  • Growth and Improvement: We invest in people getting better. Continuous learning, honest feedback, and raising the bar together are part of how we operate — not just values on a wall.

  • Equity with Upside: Competitive salary plus meaningful equity in a high-growth, venture-backed company with proven product-market fit. Early enough that your stake matters.

  • Flexible Remote Culture: Work from anywhere in the US.

  • Full Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k, and flexible PTO.
