Senior Network Recruiter

This role is a strategic opportunity to build and maintain a nationwide network of healthcare providers, focusing on physicians across a wide range of specialties. You will play a pivotal role in sourcing, engaging, and onboarding clinical reviewers to support quality of care and utilization management initiatives. The position requires creativity, persistence, and strong relationship-building skills to attract top talent in both general and highly specialized fields. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a seamless experience for providers while supporting organizational goals. This role combines operational excellence with a high-impact, collaborative environment, offering opportunities to influence national healthcare quality and outcomes. The position is remote-friendly and involves ongoing communication with both providers and internal teams.

Accountabilities:

Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract physicians across multiple specialties, including primary care and subspecialties
Conduct outreach via phone, email, and other channels to engage prospective providers and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
Serve as the primary contact for providers throughout the recruitment and onboarding process, ensuring a positive and efficient experience
Negotiate provider agreements, including market-specific rates, while aligning organizational needs with provider capabilities
Monitor credentialing milestones, compliance requirements, and network capacity to maintain adequate specialty coverage
Track operational metrics, provide leadership updates, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Support departmental projects and collaborate with internal teams to enhance recruitment, onboarding, and provider engagement

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree required
5+ years of experience in provider recruitment, talent acquisition, network development, or healthcare-focused recruiting
Proven ability to source and engage physicians across general and highly specialized medical fields
Experience with credentialing workflows, contract coordination, and provider relations
Advanced written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized, self-directed, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
Preferred: creative problem-solving skills, ability to leverage non-traditional sourcing methods, and strong teamwork and customer service orientation
