In this role, you will be responsible for managing, optimizing, and enhancing our NetSuite ERP system to support the company’s growth and operational needs. The ideal candidate will bring a combination of technical expertise, business acumen, and leadership skills to manage and improve system performance, user adoption, and cross-departmental processes. This position is critical to driving efficiency and scalability in our operations.Essential Duties & Responsibilities:<ul><li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">System Administration: Oversee the daily operations, configuration, maintenance, and updates of the NetSuite ERP system, ensuring optimal performance and uptime.</li><li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Customization & Optimization: Develop and implement workflows, scripts, dashboards, and custom records to improve system functionality and align with business needs.</li><li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Integration Management: Manage third-party integrations with NetSuite, including APIs, middleware, and partner applications.</li><li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">User Support & Training: Provide technical support, resolve issues, and conduct user training sessions to enhance adoption and effective use of NetSuite.</li><li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Data Management: Ensure data integrity, develop standard operating procedures for data entry, and perform routine audits to maintain clean and accurate records.</li><li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Process Improvement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze and optimize business processes, recommending and implementing system enhancements.</li><li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Compliance & Reporting: Ensure compliance with internal controls and reporting requirements, developing custom reports and saved searches as needed.</li></ul>Requirements & Skills:<ul><li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">5+ years of hands-on experience as a NetSuite Administrator or similar role.</li><li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Proven experience managing NetSuite modules such as CRM, ERP, Financials, Inventory, and Advanced Revenue Management.</li></ul>Technical Skills:<ul><li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Strong knowledge of NetSuite SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteTalk, and SuiteBundler.</li><li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Experience with integration tools like Celigo, Boomi, or other middleware solutions.</li><li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques, such as Excel, SQL, or BI platforms.</li><li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Ability to design and optimize workflows, saved searches, and dashboards.</li></ul>Soft Skills:<ul><li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a strong attention to detail.</li><li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Effective communication and collaboration skills to work across all organizational levels.</li><li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.</li></ul>Certifications (Preferred):<ul><li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">NetSuite Administrator Certification.</li></ul>Mitratech remains committed to equitable and transparent pay practices.
