About The Team:

We are seeking an experienced, strategic-minded Senior Multimedia Designer to support the creative direction and multimedia marketing content. The Senior Designer partners closely with in-house creative team to ensure material is optimized for omnichannel experiences. The Senior Designer is expected to work closely with internal business partners to understand their unique business challenges, then execute creative requests as defined by the client and aligned to the primary brand. A Day In The Life Of Our Senior Multimedia Designer, Marketing Communications:

  • Have a deep understanding of digital communication practices and skills with respect to graphic design principles, web design, marketing & branding, problem solving, time management and adaptability
  • Apply comprehensive knowledge and a thoughtful understanding of concepts, principles, and technical capabilities to perform varied tasks and projects
  • Take something good and make it great–many templates already exist but need a strong visual storyteller to help better explain complex concepts to mass audiences
  • Possess strong conceptual skills, high level sense of design, layout and typography, a broad thinker who can offer a variety of design solutions
  • When not creating beautiful design, you are excited to actively work with the marketing team to help with branding and conceptual thinking for other platforms and mediums
  • Act as a mentor to less experienced colleagues, provide open and honest feedback to team
  • Write & speak effectively, clearly communicate with peers, leadership teams, and clients
  • Respectfully question direction to help clarify strategies or fill information gaps
  • Promote collaboration within the team through sharing early (and often) as well as respects client/creative points of view
  • Effectively handles creative project management with internal partners and responds to all requests and communications in a timely and thorough manner
  • Develop and execute strategic brand content to establish our robotic imaging and diagnostic technology as a trusted and preferred solution for the medical community
  • Participate in brainstorming session with creative team to establish a cohesive advertising campaign for product launches and event activations
  • Work directly with corporate stakeholders to adapt sales and medical education collateral, update a backlog of outdated content across several different departments
  • Lead concepting & execution of high-level creative projects assigned
  • Assist in the facilitation of photo shoots with vendors
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment with business objectives
  • Maintain an up-to-date library of all art elements, including logos and photos

About You:

  • Expertise with Adobe Creative Suite, HTML, CSS, content management systems
  • Ability to design and create graphics for use in digital formats (web/video/social media/email) and print–a deep understanding of the Microsoft Office Suite and Google Slides
  • Excellent typography, design, and production skills in digital mediums, with a strong understanding of execution of motion, video, interactive and social media best practices
  • Actively learns new techniques to be more proficient in their design skills while sharing and mentoring the other members of the marketing team
  • Highly organized with a strong record of working independently, meeting deadlines and attention to detail; strong interpersonal skills and a record of collaboration and teamwork
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders, including clinical experts and regulatory agencies
  • Highly organized with strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Skills in web design and in developing webpages according to industry and accessibility standards and the ability to work well with web developers preferred
  • 5+ years professional experience required in creative/graphic design with an external or in-house agency, healthcare or medical device preferred 
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, preferably in Communications, Marketing, Graphic Design or a related field; digital portfolio required (portfolio website or PDF under 10MB)
