Experience with the Department of Corrections, Victim Services, or other government agencies is a plus. Key Responsibilities <ul><li style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;">Develop, and implement scalable, secure, and efficient Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) solutions tailored to enterprise and government needs. </li><li style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;">Provide technical leadership and strategy for D365-based implementations, ensuring best practices for performance, security, and scalability. </li><li style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;">Develop custom .NET applications, API integrations, plug-ins, and workflows to enhance D365 capabilities. </li><li style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;">Lead integration efforts between D365 and third-party systems, leveraging RESTful APIs, Azure Services, and Power Platform components. </li><li style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;">Work closely with business stakeholders, government agencies, and IT teams to translate business needs into technical solutions. </li><li style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;">Ensure compliance with federal security and data protection regulations, including CJIS, HIPAA, FedRAMP, and NIST 800-53. </li><li style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;">Conduct performance tuning, troubleshooting, and system optimizations to maintain reliability and efficiency. </li><li style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;">Develop technical documentation, architectural roadmaps, and best practices for D365 deployments. </li><li style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;">Guide and mentor development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and architectural principles. </li><li style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;">Support DevOps style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;">Minimum 8 years of experience in solution architecture, software development, and enterprise system integration. </li><li style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;">Extensive expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365), including CRM and ERP modules. </li><li style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;">Proficiency in .NET (C#), API development, Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI). </li><li style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;">Strong hands-on experience with D365 plug-in development, workflows, and customizations.</li><li style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;">Expertise in Azure Services, cloud computing, and modern integration patterns.</li><li style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;">Familiarity with SQL databases, Dataverse, and data migration strategies.</li><li style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;">Strong understanding of enterprise security, compliance requirements, and risk management.</li><li style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;">Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving technology initiatives. </li><li style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;">Must be a U.S. citizen or authorized to work in the U.S. and able to pass an FBI background check. </li><li style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;">Excellent
