- Support migration of legacy marketing and communication workflows into modern AEP/AJO-based architectures
- Partner with analytics teams to enable reporting and insights through Adobe Customer Journey Analytics, Tableau, or Power BI
- Troubleshoot production issues across data ingestion, journey execution, and downstream activation flows
- Ensure compliance with privacy, consent, security, and governance requirements across all implementations
- Document architectural patterns, integration approaches, and best practices to support reuse across teams
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in MarTech, digital, data, or experience architecture roles in complex enterprise environments
- Strong hands-on expertise with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), or comparable CDP and orchestration tools
- Experience with Adobe Real-Time CDP, Web SDK, and data collection frameworks such as Adobe Launch or equivalents
- Proven ability to design and implement real-time and batch data ingestion from platforms like Databricks or Snowflake
- Experience integrating customer engagement platforms with CRM, messaging, and contact center systems (Salesforce, Twilio, Genesys, etc.)
- Strong understanding of customer data models, identity resolution, and event-driven architectures
- Experience with analytics tools such as Adobe Customer Journey Analytics, Tableau, or Power BI
- Knowledge of data privacy, consent management, and regulatory compliance in governed environments
- Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional technical and business teams
- Experience in large-scale, enterprise-grade MarTech implementations is highly preferred
