This is a high-impact individual contributor role for someone who thrives on creating clarity from complexity and enabling data-driven decision-making.</p><p>You’ll own the frameworks, processes, and reporting infrastructure that help marketing perform at a high level and tie clearly to revenue. From quarterly OKR planning to building trusted dashboards, you’ll ensure the team has the insights, alignment, and rigor needed to run as a well-oiled, revenue-driving function.</p><p>This role is ideal for someone who can move seamlessly between building dashboards, defining attribution logic, and partnering with senior leaders to shape strategy.</p><h4><span class="notion-enable-hover" style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);" data-token-index="0">Key Responsibilities</span></h4><ul><li>Lead marketing OKR process: Design quarterly planning, track progress, and report outcomes to keep the team aligned and accountable.</li><li>Build actionable insights: Develop dashboards, analyze campaign/pipeline data, and surface recommendations; prepare marketing leadership with reporting for internal and external presentations.</li><li>Operationalize GTM alignment: Partner with GTM leaders to ensure data accuracy, attribution, and seamless handoffs.</li><li>Improve processes: Identify bottlenecks, design feedback loops, and drive efficiencies across marketing operations.</li></ul><h4><span class="notion-enable-hover" style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);" data-token-index="0">Skills and Qualifications<br></span></h4><ul><li>5–8+ years of experience in marketing operations or revenue operations at a high-growth B2B SaaS company (bonus if in nonprofit tech).</li><li>Strong experience with marketing systems and reporting tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, GA4, attribution tools, BI platforms).</li><li>Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.</li><li>Track record of designing and running OKR frameworks for fast-paced teams.</li><li>Deep understanding of pipeline, CAC, ROI, attribution, and marketing performance metrics.</li><li>Comfortable as a senior IC: capable of setting frameworks, driving planning processes, and delivering hands-on execution.</li><li>Excellent communicator who can bridge technical details with strategic decision-making.</li></ul><h4><span class="notion-enable-hover" style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);" data-token-index="0">Benefits</span></h4><ul><li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Health, Dental, and Vision insurance covered at 100% for employees, 80% for employee plus dependents, and 70% for employees plus family.</span></li><li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">FSA Spending Account.</span></li><li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Remote or Hybrid work.
