What We’re Looking For:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Marketing Automation Specialist to manage and optimize automated marketing systems for our Enterprise (B2B) line of business. This role will focus on Braze and Pardot (Salesforce Account Engagement) to deliver seamless marketing automation solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience in lead nurturing, campaign management, and reporting, with the ability to leverage marketing automation tools to drive business growth and engagement. The specialist is responsible for following our standard quality assurance (QA) process to ensure error-free email automation deployment. Must have the ability to work on multiple changing priorities, and have a commitment to quality execution.

Key Responsibilities:

 

Marketing Automation Management & Execution:

  • Manage, implement, and optimize marketing automation platforms including Braze, Pardot (Salesforce Account Engagement).

  • Build and maintain automated email campaigns, lead nurturing workflows, and customer journeys based on segmentations and business requirements.

  • Monitor and optimize automated campaigns, ensuring they are aligned with business objectives and targeting the right audiences at each stage of the funnel.

  • Conduct A/B testing and make data-driven decisions to continuously improve performance across all marketing automation efforts.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with sales, content, and creative teams to generate effective email campaigns and templates.

  • Work with customer success teams to enhance automated communications and retention efforts.

  • Provide support and guidance to internal teams and stakeholders regarding best practices for using marketing automation platforms effectively.

Data & Analytics:

  • Define, track, and report on key performance metrics for marketing automation efforts, such as open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and customer engagement metrics.

  • Analyze campaign results, generate insights, and provide recommendations for future campaigns and optimization opportunities.

  • Leverage marketing analytics tools to ensure accurate reporting and help guide future automation strategies.

Platform Optimization & Strategy:

  • Stay current on updates and best practices for Braze, Pardot (Salesforce Account Engagement), to continuously improve processes and functionality.

  • Identify and implement new strategies and automation techniques to streamline marketing workflows and improve lead generation and customer engagement.

Things That Should Be In Your Background:

    • Experience: Proven experience managing marketing automation platforms such as Braze, Pardot, or Salesforce Account Engagement (SFAE).

    • Knowledge of Additional Tools: Familiarity with Salesforce, Outreach, and Drift is essential for optimizing the sales and marketing integration process.

    • Skills: Strong understanding of lead nurturing, lifecycle marketing, and automated campaigns. Ability to segment audiences and build complex workflows.

    • Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of HTML / CSS fundamentals, working knowledge of Ampscript, SQL. Proficiency with Python or similar programming languages is a plus.

    • Analytical Mindset: Strong data analysis skills with the ability to measure campaign effectiveness and optimize automation strategies based on metrics.

    • Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects at once, ensuring timely execution and alignment with broader marketing goals.

    • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and explain complex marketing automation concepts.

The anticipated base salary range for this role is ($74.500,000 -$83,000), with potential bonus eligibility.  Salary offers are made based on the candidate’s qualifications, experience, skills, and education as they directly relate to the requirements of the position, budget for the position and cost of labor in the market in which the candidate will be hired.
