Who we’re looking for:
We’re looking for a data-driven and strategic Senior Marketing Analyst to lead measurement, insights, and marketing operations across our team. In this role, you’ll own marketing performance reporting, help us optimize our campaigns and programs, and partner closely with Revenue Operations to shape how we use HubSpot to drive pipeline and growth. You’ll also be responsible for managing and evolving our marketing tech stack to ensure efficiency, visibility, and alignment across the funnel.
This role sits at the center of marketing, analytics, and operations—and plays a critical role in informing strategic decisions and maximizing impact. Success in this role will be measured by improvements in marketing attribution accuracy, pipeline influenced, and campaign ROI.
Most importantly, you’re someone who shares in our passion for improving the lives of students through communication.
This role will include:
Own Marketing Analytics & Reporting
- Align with marketing teams to create reporting goals and cadences to improve the impact of efforts and drive optimized spend allocation.
- Track and analyze performance across all marketing channels (email, web, social, paid, events, etc.)
- Provide clear consolidated dashboards and reports with actionable insights for marketing leadership and cross-functional partners
- Drive campaign attribution, lead scoring, and funnel analysis to optimize ROI
- Help the team translate data into key findings and business recommendations
Revenue Influence & Forecasting Alignment
- Partner with Sales and RevOps to build marketing pipeline forecasts by channel, product, personas, and campaign.
- Implement segmented funnel analysis (by product, persona, channel, region).
- Analyze lag vs. lead indicators to determine which marketing efforts correlate with revenue (not just influenced pipeline).
- Develop multi-touch attribution reporting to account for long lead-time K-12 sales cycles.
- Define and track lifecycle stages (e.g., MQL → SAL → SQL → SQO) aligned to ParentSquare’s funnel stages.
- Monitor conversion rates and time-in-stage to diagnose friction across key points
Campaign Experimentation Framework
- Help campaign owners implement A/B testing infrastructure (landing pages, subject lines, ad creatives).
- Run test and learn cycles to optimize CTA placement, frequency, and format.
- Recommend experimentation priorities based on underperforming segments or over-indexing channels.
Content & SEO Analytics
- Partner with the digital and content teams to track performance of key content assets (downloads, form fills, scroll depth, etc.).
- Manage SEO analytics workflows beyond SEMRush—e.g., keyword gap analysis, search intent performance, or “People Also Ask” content tuning.
HubSpot Strategy & Marketing Tech Stack
- Collaborate with RevOps to manage lead routing, automation workflows, and process hygiene.
- Support marketing team members in getting the most from HubSpot’s capabilities.
- Own strategy and day-to-day operations for tools including HubSpot, Google Analytics, Meltwater (MuckRack), SEMRush, and social platforms.
- Evaluate, implement, and integrate new tools to scale operations, attribution, and AI discovery.
- Ensure seamless integration across systems and alignment with broader GTM tech infrastructure
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Identify trends and opportunities to improve customer engagement, conversion, and retention
- Work with content, campaigns, digital, and sales teams to support data-driven programs
- Serve as the go-to for marketing ops processes, tracking, and measurement
- Monthly RevOps Sync: Create joint visibility into funnel health, campaign contribution, and lead-to-close metrics.
- Quarterly Exec Dashboards: Summarize high-level outcomes of marketing efforts for C-suite and board audiences.
- Develop a “Marketing Intelligence” Hub: Centralize dashboards, insights, and learnings for future campaign planning.
Our ideal candidate will have the following:
- 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing analytics, operations, or similar roles.
- Deep expertise in HubSpot (automation, reporting, workflows, lead management).
- Strong analytical skills with experience building visual dashboards in Google Data Studio, Tableau, or similar tools.
- Proven ability to synthesize complex data into strategic business insights.
- Experience collaborating with Revenue Operations and/or Sales teams.
- Strategic thinker who can zoom out to the big picture and dive deep into data
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail
- Curious, collaborative, and comfortable navigating ambiguity
- Familiarity with attribution modeling and marketing mix analysis.
- Working knowledge of SQL or other querying tools.
- Experience using generative AI for reporting, segmentation, or personalization at scale.
