About the Role:What You'll Do:
Executive Recruiting: Personally own and drive the full-cycle recruiting process for our most critical leadership searches in key strategic areas like Product & Engineering, Data, Network Innovation, Sales, Marketing, and M&A.
Team Leadership: Act as a player-coach for a team of four recruiters, providing mentorship and guidance to ensure the team continues to beat ambitious hiring targets and performance metrics as we scale.
Talent Strategy: Guide and evolve our talent acquisition strategy to support 100% YoY growth, building the scalable processes and capabilities required to lead the company towards a future public offering.
Strategic Advising: Serve as a strong talent advisor to the leadership team, providing market intelligence and strategic guidance on attracting and securing key talent for pivotal, high-impact roles. Advise on recruiting tool usage and strategy for accurate reporting and visibility into key hiring metrics.
Partner Relationship Management: Oversee key relationships with offshore partners as part of global talent strategy.
What You'll Bring:
10+ years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition, with demonstrated success in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
Significant experience in full-cycle executive recruiting for senior leadership roles.
Proven success as a "player-coach," with experience mentoring or leading other recruiters to achieve outstanding results.
A track record of building and executing talent strategies that have successfully supported rapid company growth.
Exceptional ability to partner with and advise senior leadership on critical hiring decisions.
Bonus Points:
Experience recruiting in logistics, supply chain, or enterprise software is a huge plus.
Direct experience scaling a talent acquisition function through a significant scaling phase, IPO, or major funding round is strongly preferred.
