You will tackle complex, ambiguous strategic questions and transform them into structured, data-driven recommendations for senior executives. Accountabilities:- Lead end-to-end strategic initiatives, from problem framing and analysis to executive-level recommendations and implementation support.
- Identify key business priorities, challenges, and growth opportunities across multiple global business units.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, challenging assumptions and guiding strategic trade-offs.
- Develop and present high-impact materials for executive leadership, board discussions, investor updates, and strategic planning cycles.
- Explore and assess the impact of emerging technologies, market trends, and competitive dynamics on business strategy.
- Mentor and support junior team members, ensuring quality output and professional development.
- Facilitate cross-functional alignment and knowledge sharing across internal stakeholders and global teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in strategy consulting, management consulting, corporate strategy, investment banking, or business development roles.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to structure complex, ambiguous challenges.
- Excellent communication and storytelling abilities, both written and verbal, with experience presenting to senior stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Experience mentoring or managing junior team members is strongly preferred.
- Strategic thinker with strong attention to detail and the ability to balance big-picture vision with executional rigor.
- Collaborative mindset with high emotional intelligence and adaptability in multicultural environments.
