As our Senior Manager of Service Delivery, you will work alongside Service Delivery leadership and associated team members on the revenue cycle delivery for large care organizations, partnering with the Customer Operations team and R1 functional teams to deliver superior results. In this role, you will also contribute to our growing organization as a thought leader helping to improve the R1 RCM (R1) solution and inform our strategy.  The Sr Manager -Service Delivery is also responsible for building and maintaining a high touch relationship with client counterparts and leadership, building and mentoring a high performing team, and being the liaison between operations and client leadership.

Here’s what you will experience working as a Senior Manager of Service Delivery:

  • Claims Management: Handle claims related to increased Accounts Receivable (AR) and other backend revenue cycle issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Exhibit excellent communication skills to effectively convey information and collaborate with clients and internal teams.
  • Manage and resolve requests and issues promptly, ensuring client concerns are addressed satisfactorily.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and address any cross-functional issues.
  • Maintain a positive and proactive approach to challenges, fostering a constructive work environment.
  • Utilize Excel and PowerBI for data analysis and reporting to support decision-making and process improvements.

Required Skills:

  • Must be competent to proficient with Microsoft Power BI and Microsoft Excel; expert preferred
  • Strong time management skills
  • Strong self organization skills
  • Self-Motivated
  • Competent to proficient understanding of revenue cycle metrics and data; expert preferred
  • Technically proficient with ever increasing technology. 
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to present information and speak to the content.
  • Ability to manage people, time, and metrics
For this US-based position, the base pay range is $100,838.24 - $127,950.31 per year . Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.This job is eligible to participate in our annual bonus plan at a target of 10.00%
