And we’re here to build it together.</p><p>We’re looking for a Senior Manager, Sales Compensation<strong> </strong>to lead the design, execution, and analysis of our global incentive programs and non-standard deal structures. In this highly cross-functional role, you’ll own the full compensation lifecycle—from plan design to payouts—while also overseeing non-standard deal analysis and strategy. You’ll partner closely with Sales, RevOps, and Legal to ensure our compensation and deal frameworks drive sustainable growth, align with company goals, and motivate high performance.</p><h1><strong>About the role:</strong></h1><ul><li>Location: Remote-first (United States; BC &amp; ON, Canada)</li><li>Full-time</li><li>Permanent</li><li>Exempt</li><li>The cash compensation for this role is tailored to align with the cost of labor in different geographic markets. We've structured the base pay ranges for this role into zones for our geographic markets, and the specific base pay within the range will be determined by the candidate’s geographic location, job-related experience, knowledge, qualifications, and skills.<br><br><ul><li>United States&nbsp; (all figures cited below are in USD and pertain to workers in the United States)<ul><li>Zone A: $162,900 - $228,900</li><li>Zone B: $152,900 - $215,200</li><li>Zone C: $142,900 - $201,600<br><br></li></ul></li><li>Canada&nbsp; (all figures cited below are in CAD and pertain to workers in Canada)<ul><li>184,700 - 261,200</li></ul></li></ul></li></ul><p>This role is also eligible to participate in Webflow's company-wide bonus program. Target amounts are a percentage of base salary and vary by career level. However, please confirm the zone for your specific location with your recruiter.</p><ul><li>Reporting to the Director, GTM Finance</li></ul><p>As a Senior Manager, Sales Compensation, you’ll …&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Lead the annual sales compensation design process from start to finish, including selecting compensation metrics, designing plan structures, and overseeing the successful rollout and enablement for the sales team.</li><li>Own the complete administration of sales compensation plans, ensuring the timely and accurate payout of commissions and incentives while managing all related policies and documentation.</li><li>Partner closely with leadership in Sales, Finance, and Total Rewards to ensure that all compensation and incentive programs, including SPIFFs and partnerships agreements, are aligned with strategic business priorities and drive a pay-for-performance culture.</li><li>Deliver insightful analytics and reporting to leadership on key performance indicators such as quota attainment, capacity modeling, and compensation effectiveness.</li><li>Manage and develop a team responsible for sales compensation and deal strategy, including a direct report focused on the financial impacts of non-standard deal structures.</li></ul><p>In addition to the responsibilities outlined above, at Webflow we will support you in identifying where your interests and development opportunities lie and we'll help you incorporate them into your role.</p><h1><strong>About you:</strong></h1><p>Requirements:</p><ul><li>8+ years of experience in sales compensation, sales operations, finance, or a related field; minimum 1 year of people management experience.</li><li>Strong analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear and actionable insights for an executive audience.</li><li>Deep expertise in developing, administering, and communicating sales compensation plans to various audiences, from sales representatives to senior leaders.&nbsp;</li><li>Experience partnering with cross-functional stakeholders including Sales, Legal, and HR; proven ability to influence senior leadership.</li><li>Proficiency with compensation platforms and CRM systems (e.g., CaptivateIQ, Xactly, Salesforce); familiarity with deal desk or custom pricing strategies is a plus.</li></ul><p>You’ll thrive as a Senior Manager, Sales Compensation if you:</p><ul><li>Are energized by solving complex problems and using compensation as a strategic lever to drive sales performance.</li><li>Excel at collaborating with and influencing a wide range of cross-functional partners and stakeholders, including senior leadership.</li><li>Are a data-driven decision-maker who is adept at using analytics to not only identify trends but to also build a compelling case for change and improvement.</li><li>Possess a strong sense of ownership and a proactive, problem-solving mindset that allows you to be effective in a fast-paced and rapidly growing organization.</li><li>Excel at leading and mentoring teams, while also being comfortable rolling up your sleeves to get things done.</li><li>Stay curious and open to growth — actively building fluency in emerging technologies like AI to unlock creativity, accelerate progress, and amplify impact.</li></ul><h3><strong>Our Core Behaviors:</strong></h3><ul><li><strong>Build lasting customer trust.</strong> We build trust by taking action that puts customer trust first.</li><li><strong>Win together.</strong> We play to win, and we win as one team.
