This role is a high-impact leadership position responsible for driving sales excellence and scaling high-performing teams in a dynamic, growth-focused environment. You will lead multiple sales teams, coach managers, and develop strategies that consistently exceed revenue targets while fostering engagement and alignment across the organization. Your expertise in data-driven decision-making allows you to identify opportunities, mitigate risks, and guide both frontline sales reps and executive-level stakeholders. Accountabilities:
  • Lead, coach, and mentor multiple sales teams and managers to drive consistent performance improvements and exceed revenue goals.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and market trends.
  • Analyze sales data to identify opportunities, optimize team performance, and inform decision-making at all levels.
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration with other departments to align initiatives and maximize impact.
  • Represent the organization externally, establishing thought leadership at industry events and with key stakeholders.
  • Champion a culture of high engagement, accountability, and continuous improvement across the sales organization.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of sales management experience in a high-growth environment, preferably in SaaS.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience leading teams of 25+ reps and developing second-line leaders, including hiring, coaching, and performance management.
  • Strong operational and organizational skills, with experience using AI tools to enhance sales efficiency and quality.
  • Excellent strategic thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex performance data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt to dynamic market conditions and lead teams through change effectively.
