You will sit at the core of commercial decision-making, partnering with senior leadership to define how sales performance is measured, optimized, and accelerated. Accountabilities:- Lead end-to-end revenue planning processes, including territory design, account segmentation, quota setting, and capacity modeling.
- Develop and optimize territory and coverage strategies to balance growth, efficiency, and sales productivity.
- Define and manage performance analytics frameworks, including pipeline health, forecasting inputs, and conversion metrics.
- Translate complex datasets into actionable insights that inform go-to-market strategies and executive decision-making.
- Identify performance gaps and lead initiatives to improve sales effectiveness and operational outcomes.
- Oversee reporting systems and data infrastructure, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and accessibility across platforms.
- Build scalable dashboards and reporting tools to support leadership visibility and strategic planning.
- Partner with senior stakeholders across Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Data to drive alignment and informed decision-making.
- Lead key business cadences such as annual planning cycles, quarterly business reviews, and performance evaluations.
- Design and implement process improvements that streamline operations and enhance sales efficiency.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in a relevant field.
- 6+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Analytics, or similar roles.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives with measurable business impact.
- Strong experience working with senior stakeholders (Director, VP, or executive level).
- Advanced analytical skills with the ability to translate data into strategic insights and recommendations.
- Proficiency with CRM systems such as Salesforce and data visualization tools like Tableau.
- Experience with SQL, data modeling, or data platforms (e.g., Databricks) is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of territory planning, quota setting, and sales performance optimization.
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to operate independently in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with a strong ownership mindset.
- Experience in high-growth or complex go-to-market organizations is a plus.
