In this role, you will define and lead the overarching content strategy that shapes how a healthcare technology organization communicates its value across the entire buyer journey. You will translate complex positioning and product narratives into clear, compelling stories that strengthen brand perception and establish thought leadership in a rapidly evolving industry. Working across marketing, product, communications, and executive leadership teams, you will ensure content is cohesive, impactful, and aligned with strategic business goals. This is a highly cross-functional leadership role where you will guide both strategy and execution, helping to scale content programs that drive engagement, pipeline influence, and category creation. You will also play a key role in elevating executive storytelling and building narratives that support major company milestones and industry positioning.


Accountabilities:
  • Own and drive the end-to-end content narrative, ensuring alignment with strategic messaging pillars and overall business objectives.
  • Translate high-level strategy into structured content frameworks, themes, and storytelling approaches tailored to target audiences.
  • Lead the development of thought leadership content that positions the organization as a category leader in healthcare technology.
  • Partner with marketing, product, PR, and digital teams to build integrated content plans and editorial calendars supporting campaigns and business priorities.
  • Support executive positioning by developing leadership narratives, point-of-view content, and high-impact storytelling for key moments.
  • Oversee content lifecycle strategy, including ideation, reuse, and development of derivative assets across channels and formats.
  • Analyze content performance and search trends to optimize visibility, engagement, and share of voice across digital platforms.
  • Identify content gaps and opportunities to improve effectiveness and strengthen the overall content ecosystem.

Requirements

  • 8–12+ years of experience in content strategy, editorial leadership, or B2B marketing within a complex organization.
  • Proven track record of developing and scaling narrative-driven content strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Strong experience working cross-functionally and influencing stakeholders at senior levels without direct authority.
  • Ability to manage large, multi-stream content programs and drive execution across multiple teams and formats.
  • Strong understanding of buyer journeys and how content supports awareness, consideration, and decision stages.
  • Excellent storytelling, writing, and communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
  • Experience with content performance analysis, optimization, and data-informed decision-making.
  • Highly organized, strategic thinker capable of balancing creativity with operational structure and governance.
