This role sits at the core of a high-growth B2B SaaS organization, where marketing execution, data integrity, and revenue alignment converge. You will be responsible for building and scaling the systems that transform marketing activity into measurable pipeline and revenue impact. Acting as both a strategic operator and hands-on builder, you will design automation workflows, optimize lead management systems, and ensure seamless integration across marketing, sales, and revenue technology stacks. This position requires deep technical fluency and a strong ability to translate complex data flows into actionable business insights. You will also play a critical role in attribution modeling, reporting, and performance visibility for executive leadership. Operating in an AI-first, fast-scaling environment, you will directly influence how marketing efficiency and revenue acceleration are achieved.


Accountabilities:
  • Own and optimize the end-to-end marketing operations ecosystem, including automation platforms, lead capture systems, and integrations
  • Build and maintain scalable lead management systems ensuring accurate capture, enrichment, scoring, routing, and handoff to sales
  • Design and execute marketing automation workflows, including nurture programs, campaign execution, and lifecycle management
  • Oversee webinar and event lead operations, ensuring real-time data synchronization across platforms such as CRM and marketing systems
  • Develop and enforce MQL definitions, lifecycle stages, and funnel measurement frameworks
  • Architect and maintain attribution models (first-touch, last-touch, multi-touch) to support revenue and marketing investment decisions
  • Establish governance for campaign tracking, UTM structures, and data taxonomy across all marketing channels
  • Build dashboards, reports, and performance insights to support marketing and executive decision-making
  • Partner with Sales Operations, Marketing, and IT teams to ensure seamless data flow and system reliability
  • Continuously evaluate and improve marketing technology stacks, identifying automation and AI opportunities

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of marketing operations experience, including at least 3+ years in a senior-level role within a B2B SaaS environment
  • Strong hands-on expertise with marketing automation platforms such as Marketo, Pardot, HubSpot, or Eloqua
  • Deep understanding of CRM systems, particularly Salesforce, in a marketing operations context
  • Proven experience building scalable lead management and attribution systems
  • Strong technical knowledge of APIs, integrations, workflows, and marketing data architecture
  • Experience designing and maintaining campaign tracking, lifecycle automation, and scoring models
  • Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate operational data into business insights
  • Excellent project management skills with experience leading cross-functional initiatives
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including executive-level presentations
  • AI-first mindset with practical experience using AI tools in marketing operations workflows
  • Highly proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-growth environments
