This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of Pendulum Therapeutics. We are currently looking for a Senior Manager, Growth Marketing in California (USA).

This role offers the opportunity to lead and optimize growth marketing efforts across multiple digital platforms, directly influencing customer acquisition and company expansion. You will own campaign strategy, execution, and performance optimization on Meta, Google, and Amazon, leveraging data and AI tools to maximize results. The position requires a hands-on, analytical, and creative marketer who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be essential to align marketing initiatives with business objectives. You will also experiment with new growth channels, continually testing and refining campaigns to drive scalable impact. This role balances strategic thinking with practical execution and offers exposure to innovative approaches in the health and wellness sector.

Accountabilities

As Senior Manager, Growth Marketing, you will:

  • Manage and optimize paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google (Search, YouTube, Display), and Amazon (Search).
  • Execute media buying, including pacing, bid strategies, audience targeting, and ad deployment.
  • Continuously refine channel strategy to improve CAC, LTV, and ROAS, adjusting spend and tactics based on performance.
  • Collaborate with creative, lifecycle, data science, brand, and finance teams to test, iterate, and optimize assets and campaigns.
  • Conduct cohort analyses, attribution studies, and reporting to generate actionable insights.
  • Launch new growth experiments, audiences, platforms, and innovations to identify scalable opportunities.
  • Leverage AI tools to automate workflows, generate creative assets, and accelerate data-driven decision-making.

Requirements

Candidates should have:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns on Meta, Google, and Amazon, ideally in DTC, CPG, or subscription brands.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort navigating attribution models to make data-driven decisions.
  • Creativity and problem-solving abilities to optimize campaigns and marketing systems.
  • Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent collaboration skills and a growth mindset.
  • Familiarity with AI tools for campaign optimization, workflow automation, and creative generation.
  • Experience with health, wellness, or biotech marketing is a plus.
  • Knowledge of analytics and reporting tools such as Google Analytics, Looker, Tableau, Skai, Perpetua, or Triple Whale is preferred.
