This role sits at the intersection of customer experience strategy, data analytics, and digital platform management, focused on shaping how global customers interact across the full journey. You will lead the design and optimization of customer experience systems, leveraging advanced CX platforms to capture, analyze, and translate feedback into actionable insights. Acting as a subject matter expert, you will partner closely with Marketing, IT, and cross-functional teams to drive measurable improvements in customer satisfaction and business KPIs. The role requires a strong blend of technical fluency, analytical thinking, and stakeholder influence in a global, matrixed environment. You will also play a key role in transforming customer data into meaningful dashboards, reports, and strategic recommendations. This is a high-impact position where your work directly contributes to improving healthcare experiences at scale.


Accountabilities:
  • Define and execute global customer experience strategy across multiple channels and customer touchpoints
  • Design, configure, and optimize CX platforms and system architecture, including integrations and data workflows
  • Manage survey design (including mobile), voice systems integration, and data collection methodologies
  • Develop dashboards, reporting tools, and advanced data visualizations to support business decision-making
  • Perform data analysis, including text and sentiment analysis, to generate actionable customer insights
  • Partner with IT and Marketing teams to ensure seamless system operations and data integrity
  • Support system integrations, including APIs, ELT processes, and database structures
  • Lead CX initiatives that improve customer adoption, retention, and value realization
  • Present findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of CX processes and global standardization efforts

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred
  • Medallia Product Certification (MPC) strongly preferred
  • Strong experience with Salesforce and enterprise CX or CRM platforms
  • Solid understanding of SaaS environments, APIs, OAuth 2.0, databases, ELT processes, and data workflows
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, XML, HTML, and CSS
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience in data visualization and reporting tools
  • Experience managing cross-functional and international projects in complex organizations
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence diverse stakeholders
  • Project management experience (PMP, Scrum Master, or equivalent preferred)
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver within a global matrix environment
  • Experience in healthcare or medical technology environments is a strong plus
  • Willingness to travel up to 10%
