Who You Are:

As the Senior Manager of Field Events Sales, you will lead HighLevel's efforts to maximize revenue and engagement through ticket sales, sponsorship opportunities, and exhibitor partnerships for our field events. This role is pivotal in driving the financial success of our events while ensuring a high-quality experience for attendees, sponsors, and exhibitors. You will leverage your strategic thinking, sales acumen, and operational expertise to develop and execute scalable processes, drive partnerships, and achieve ambitious sales targets.


What You'll Be Doing:
  • A results-oriented sales professional with a strong background in event ticketing, sponsorships, and exhibitor sales.
  • Collaborate with the events team to ensure seamless execution of ticketing, sponsorship, and exhibitor deliverables.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies for ticket sales, sponsorships, and exhibitor partnerships to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and regularly report on key metrics to the VP of Revenue and other stakeholders.
  • Budget preparation and management, including preparation of cost estimates, managing meeting related expenses, and post event analysis and reporting.
  • Identification of cost savings opportunities and strategies to ensure meeting and event expenses are cost effective.
  • Creation and dissemination of attendee communications.
  • Cultivate relationships with sponsors and exhibitors to ensure long-term partnerships and high satisfaction rates.
  • Coordination and preparation of meeting collateral, including signage, attendee lists, and other materials.
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, including prospecting, lead qualification, and closing deals.
  • Coordinate postproduction event recaps including the generation of final attendance numbers, cost summaries and other post event data and reports.
  • Develop and/or lead change management efforts across all phases of projects and initiatives to drive the High Level’s culture of continuous improvement.
  • A creative problem-solver who can balance data-driven decision-making with a keen understanding of customer needs.
  • A collaborative leader who excels in working cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and product teams.
  • Stay updated on industry trends to identify new opportunities for growth and innovation in field events.


What You'll Bring:
  • 5+ years of experience in event sales, including ticketing, sponsorships, and exhibitor management.
  • 3+ years of people management skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Expertise in CRM tools and sales forecasting.
  • Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and communication skills.
  • A growth-oriented mindset with a passion for continuous learning and improvement.
  • A proactive self-starter who thrives in a remote work environment and consistently delivers results.
  • Ability to adapt and thrive in a remote work environment.
